We offer a selection of self-storage locations in Norwich, Ipswich, and Colchester, with unit sizes ranging between 10 ft and 200 square ft. As a general rule, our rates are as follows:

• • 10ft units (70sq ft) are valued at £20.76 per week to hire and we invoice on a monthly basis at GBP 90.00(incl. VAT) per calendar month. (Norwich Only)

• • 20ft units (140sq ft) are valued at £36.00 per week to hire and we invoice on a monthly basis at GBP 156.00(incl. VAT) per calendar month.

• • 20ft warehouse units (140sq ft) are valued at £55.39 per week to hire and invoice on a monthly basis at GBP 240.00(incl. VAT) per calendar month.

• • 40ft units (302sq ft) are valued at £55.39 per week to hire and we invoice on a monthly basis at £240.00 (incl. VAT) per calendar month.

• • 200 square ft units are valued at £69.23 per week to hire and we invoice on a monthly basis at GBP 300.00(incl. VAT) per calendar month.

The 10ft units are only available at our Norwich location, and the 40ft units are only available at Ipswich. If you would like to get in touch with us, we can give you an exact quote for your storage purposes.

You can store a wide range of items inside your unit. Some examples include:

• Festive and seasonal items such as Christmas decorations.
• Toys, books, records, and other items that take up space in the home.

There are some items you should avoid keeping in self-storage for safety reasons:

• Flammable items that are not self-contained.
• All perishable items such as food.
• Substances or chemicals that are toxic or hazardous in nature such as acids.
• Any illegal items such as firearms.

Our rental pricing is per week. However, if you need our units for a different length of time, please contact us.

The size of unit you need depends on how much you want to store and for what purpose.

For storing seasonal items or decluttering your home, our 10ft units are an ideal option.

If you are moving home or storing away small vehicles, our 20ft units should meet your needs.

For large amounts of commercial stock or larger vehicles, our 40ft units are a great choice.

140sqft, 5.89metres (19ft 4inches) long x 2.35metres (7ft 8inches) wide x 2.39metres (7ft 10inches) high.

200sqft – 5.85metres (19ft 2inches) long, x 3.73metres (12ft 3inches) wide, x 2.54metres (8ft 4inches) high.

(Shutter Door dimensions:- 3.39metres (11ft 2inches) wide x 2.01metres (6ft 7inches) high)

Norwich Warehouse has a height restriction of 3 metres. Any vehicle exceeding this height will not be able to enter the warehouse.
